The hotel of choice in Chicago. Planned to see Chicago major attractions and it was reasonable base for visiting all of them. Location: the venue was just next door to parks and the Financial District and an office building.

The place was spotless and staff were efficient, I loved perfect location. The breakfast was healthy, lots of food. Comfy beds, bbc channel and blackout drapes were a nice touch. The staff created a quiet atmosphere. It was conveniently located, easy to move around.

Favorable location, comfortable bed and, of course, decent staff. The rooms were relaxing and cheap, I loved that. Cereals and hardboiled eggs for breakfast were the BOMB. Easy check in and efficient service throughout my stay...

We loved the very central location and our cool enough room. Everything was magical, the staff were incredibly attentive. Magnificent view, a great balcony, big bed, too. Position: in the very vibrant area, in the heart of the city. 20 km to the airport.

We both liked it, the place is TRULY EXCEPTIONAL and suited us fine. Incredibly comfortable location to willis tower skydeck. Had hot drinks in the main bar.

It was worth its 3 stars. For lunch or dinner go to Lavazza Co, located within short walking distance to the hotel.
